These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SkillLynk application and website. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Agreement to Terms

By using SkillLynk, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent to use the service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of our platform.

2. User Accounts

To use SkillLynk, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete profile information.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.

3. Wallet and Credits (The "Credit System")

SkillLynk operates on a credit-based system.

• Purchases: Credits must be purchased via our integrated payment gateways.
• Usage: Credits can only be used within the platform to schedule mock interviews.
• Non-Transferable: Credits cannot be transferred to other users or exchanged for actual cash.
• Expiration: Credits may have an expiration date if explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

4. Refund Policy

• Final Sale: All credit purchases are considered final.
• Exceptional Refunds: Refunds are only provided in cases of technical failure where the platform was unable to facilitate a scheduled session due to its own errors.
• 7-Day Window: Refund requests must be submitted to skill.lynkk@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction.
• Cancellation & No-Shows: No refunds or credit reinstatements will be issued for "no-shows" or for sessions cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time by the user.

5. User Conduct

You agree NOT to use SkillLynk to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users during mock interviews.
• Record or broadcast interview sessions without prior written consent from both SkillLynk and the other participant.
• Circumvent payment systems or share account credentials.
• Conduct unauthorized commercial advertising or recruitment.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on SkillLynk, including logos, trademarks, and design elements, is the exclusive property of SkillLynk and is protected by international copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

SkillLynk is provided "as is" and "as available".

• No Employment Guarantee: We do not guarantee that mock interviews will result in actual employment or job offers.
• Service Reliability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free performance of the platform.
• Damages: SkillLynk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
